Rook of Little Rock took home the $250,000 prize in the final day of
the Bassmasters Legends on the Arkansas River yesterday.
Rook -- who caught four fish weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces -- had finished in second place three times before this year's win.
Rook said the win was "a dream come true."
The tournament began Thursday with 55 anglers. The field was later narrowed to 12, then six.

Hackney of Gonzales, Louisiana, finished in second. Kevin Short of
Mayflower took third place, followed by Shaw Grigsby of Gainesville,
Florida.
